Kara is a spiritual life coach, author, business coach, & a teacher, who specializes in helping women take back Wealth, Wisdom & the Way of the Goddess in life & business. A passionate advocate for the return of the Sacred Feminine to every day life, Kara empowers women to create freedom-based, lifestyle businesses that support their authentic expression in the world & the deepening of their spiritual lives.
After a profound spiritual experience awakened her at 20 years-old, Kara spent over 10 years integrating higher states of consciousness. This journey was not easy, and through it she recognized many of the unique challenges modern awakening women face, not just in grounding spiritual experience, but in self-actualizing it as service to the world. Knowing that the role of women in touch with the sacred & empowered in purpose could profoundly shift Consciousness for the planet, she started Waking Beauty- a transformational coaching company- dedicated to helping awakening women leaders serve their calling.
With a professional background in branding, business, online marketing & self publishing, Kara combines deep intuitive coaching, spiritual healing, & practical business skills to help her (usually intuitive, heart-centered) clients transcend their deepest fears & limitations around money & getting visible in their gifts. She empowers women to create Sacred Wealth doing their soul’s work, while nurturing their Feminine Essence & living lives they truly love.
Kara lives in Charleston, SC, where she is devoted to restoring an awakening of the Divine Feminine in the Deep South. She co-runs Bridge to Avalon– a spiritual center & co-working environment for the healing arts- with her beloved friend & business partner, Jeannine Clemens, while working with clients around the world through virtual programs, events & private coaching. Her most recent project- The Magdalene Wounds– is a journey through the lost Gnostic Christian teachings of the Magdalenes, a sacred order of European Priestesses who were initiated into the Feminine Path of God Realization by Mary Magdalene, herself. The Magdalenes were women of wealth & power, steeped in mystical knowledge, Divine Love, & the secrets of healing. It’s from the spiritual tradition of the Magdalenes that the path of Sacred Wealth was born.
Kara sees herself as a Modern-Day Magdalene- a woman who has overcome great odds to step into her Light as a leader, lover of God, & sacred wisdom teacher. She helps other women touched by the sacred, release the bondage of their past to embrace the abundant Sacred Feminine Leader they have within. Her work is offered in service to her Spiritual Master- Avatar Meher Baba– who Kara feels is the Christ of our Age. Meher Baba’s mission was to awaken the world & create a New Humanity built in love & intuition. Kara is here to support the work of Western Women in aligning with this Great, Spiritual Rebirth of our World.
